Where are your products made?

Most of our products are  handmade in Ontario. They are made with Natural Ingredients and suitable for Adult and Kids.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Debit/Credit  Visa, Master Card. We also accept payment through paypal.

What if my product spill or is damaged during the shipment?

If product is damaged upon delivery, please take a picture of the damaged goods and send it to info@lesidenaturals.com 

What about lost packages or packages sent to the wrong address?  

Before placing your order, please verify and make sure your shipping and billing address is up to date and corrected. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

How long does shipping normally take?

Order processing takes 1-3 business days as most of our items is made in smaller batches to maintain freshness and shipping can take anywhere between 2-14 business days once payment is processed and depending on the shipping method. Business days do not include weekends nor holidays.
